Hi! I thought I'd pop in to share a card set using the same background stamp I am giving away here on my blog (see this post). As I've mentioned before, I purchased one of Jennifer McGuire's goodie boxes. I received two of the same background stamps so I am giving one away!
Some have asked to see what was in the box. As soon as I pull it all back out, as I've put most everything away, I will show you. I have seriously been in stamp heaven!!
I am entering this in the Hero Arts' monthly contest. This set was really fun to make. I just cut one inch strips of some of my favorite cardstock colors and adhered them to a 3 3/4" x 5" panel. I then heat embossed the stamped image with some clear embossing powder. After adhering my panel to the card base, I added some sentiments, buttons, twine, and some faux stitching. Done! I am going to wrap this set up into a clear box and give it to a dear friend who could use some cheering up.
